General provisions

This policy describes which visitor data is processed by the Tark Asset Management website (hereinafter “we”). There is no application form on the website: you can contact us on Telegram.

Visit counter

The website counts visits with its own counter, without third-party services and without cookies. It records the pages opened, the referral source and advertising campaign tags, scroll depth and blocks viewed, button clicks, device type, operating system, browser, language, time on page and country.

The country is determined from the IP address at the time of the visit using an offline database; the counter does not store the address itself. The visit identifier exists only in the open tab, so we count visits, not people.

Technical logs

Like any web server, the website’s server records the IP address, the time and the requested address in technical logs. The logs are needed to run the website and protect it from abuse, and are not used for any other purpose.

Correspondence on Telegram

If you message us on Telegram, we see what Telegram shows: the name and username in your profile and your messages. We use them only to reply and to discuss the onboarding terms; we do not send mailings.

How long we keep data

Counter events are stored for 180 days; technical logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to communicate with you; at your request, we delete it within 30 days.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data and do not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. The website runs on a hosting provider’s server, which technically processes requests on our behalf. Correspondence on Telegram passes through Telegram and is subject to its rules.

How we protect data

The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS); the counter accepts events only from this website and does not store visitors’ addresses.

What is stored in your browser

The website sets no cookies. The browser stores only the visit ID while the tab is open and your display settings: the site theme and the events on the chart.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, request deletion of the correspondence and stop communication. To do so, message us on Telegram using the “Message us on Telegram” button on the website.
